Hi!

My name is Jen and I set up this site for anyone who is looking for some easy diets. I went through such a hard time trying to find some good and easy to follow diets when I was overweight but it was very hard. I was several stone overweight and did not know what to do to lose it. I knew I had to eat less, but I was unsure of exactly how much less and what types of food I should be eating. This is why I started this site, it is really for any woman who has ever asked “what is an easy diet to follow?” and never gotten a straight answer. The time for answers is now :)

I have added some very useful and easy to follow information and tips and I tell my story how I lost weight using a quick easy diet (check out my most recent post)
